My short story, to enter the field of cooking..

Friends, after getting my education in Himachal Pradesh University. (BSc. BEd. PGDCA,JCHNP) I went to Chandigarh to do computer-related courses and after doing the course there, I returned to Himachal got married and Luckily I got a government job as a computer teacher in a near by school. Friends, but something else was written in my fate and in the year 2011, I got posted as a laboratory assistant in the Institute of Hotel Management Hamirpur and left the school job and moved to Hamirpur, the young friends, my parents and relatives reprimanded me for leaving my job as a teacher.. but where do I, believe it was probably my passion and hobby, which I left the job of a teacher and started working in Hotel Management Institute Hamirpur to fulfill my passion and hobby and did not have any diploma / degree in this field. Despite this, I learned the nuances, tips and tricks of cooking from colleagues working in my own institute and Mr. Google!

I have been reaching people through Facebook till today, but on the suggestion of many friends and well-wishers, I started YouTube and Food Blog and today I am in your midst!

मेरी छोटी सी कहानी.. कुकिंग के क्षेत्र में आने की

दोस्तों, हिमाचल प्रदेश विश्वविद्यालय में शिक्षा प्राप्त करने के बाद, (बीएससी. बीएड. पीजीडीसीए, जेसीएचएनपी) मैं कंप्यूटर से संबंधित कोर्स करने के लिए चंडीगढ़ चला गया और वहां कोर्स करने के बाद, मैं हिमाचल लौट आया और शादी कर ली और सौभाग्य से मुझे पास के स्कूल में कंप्यूटर शिक्षक के रूप में सरकारी नौकरी मिल गई। दोस्तों, लेकिन मेरी किस्मत में कुछ और ही लिखा था और साल 2011 में मैं इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ होटल मैनेजमेंट हमीरपुर में लेबोरेटरी असिस्टेंट के पद पर तैनात हो गया और स्कूल की नौकरी छोड़कर हमीरपुर चला गया!

युवा दोस्तों, मेरे माता-पिता और रिश्तेदारों ने मुझे फटकार लगाई एक शिक्षक के रूप में नौकरी छोड़ने के लिए.. लेकिन मैं कहां मानता हूं, शायद यह मेरा जुनून और शौक था, जिसे मैंने एक शिक्षक की नौकरी छोड़ दी और अपने जुनून और शौक को पूरा करने के लिए होटल प्रबंधन संस्थान हमीरपुर में काम करना शुरू कर दिया और मेरे पास कोई नहीं था इस क्षेत्र में डिप्लोमा / डिग्री। इसके बावजूद मैंने अपने ही संस्थान में काम करने वाले साथियों और मिस्टर गूगल से कुकिंग की बारीकियां, टिप्स और ट्रिक्स सीखी!

मैं आज तक फेसबुक के जरिए लोगों तक पहुंचता आया हूं, लेकिन कई दोस्तों और शुभचिंतकों के सुझाव पर मैंने यूट्यूब और फूड ब्लॉग की शुरुआत की और आज मैं आपके बीच हूं!
